Research on Effects of Industrial Agglomeration

For the reason that reforming and beginning up in China, many production multinational organizations (MTCs) have been drawn to invest in China’s eastern coastal areas. There are agglomeration traits of manufacturing FDI presented in the eastern vicinity of China. The cause of research on this paper is to look at the relationship among commercial agglomeration and FDI in China. We analyze that industrial agglomeration has impacted production FDI through results of scale economic system, industrial correlation, transaction price, and innovation. At closing, applicable guidelines and measures for commercial agglomeration are recommend to sell the improvement of FDI.
