Qualitative studies is characterised with the aid of complexity and variety, and researchers can formulate an open and flexible studies process in accordance to analyze desires [6] . inside the research at the digital technology utility surroundings of the construction enterprise, there is not enough statistics or data that may be used for reference, so this article uses qualitative analysis to have a look at the virtual environment of the development enterprise. Grounded concept is a principle put forward with the aid of Glaser and Strauss [7] . This principle is a qualitative research technique used to assemble a theoretical gadget and which expands new theories via procedural analysis. This type of concept could be very appropriate for studying social issues and allows researchers to have a framework of understanding and integration of theories in an rising field.
